Minutes of Previous AGM

The minutes of 2008 AGM were approved, proposed by Kim Allison and seconded by Maura Lyons.

Matters arising

• Heart Testing session was held at Maybole in September, which was fully subscribed. It is hoped that we will repeat the event around the same time again this year. Christine and Sandy have again offered to host the event.
• The date for the 2010 AGM which was provisionally set for 14 March, had to be altered, as it clashed with Crufts.

Presidents Report

President’s Report – Bill gave an overview of the club’s events throughout the year. He explained that the committee had been considering affiliation to the Kennel Club, but that they had agreed it was not appropriate to take the idea forward at this time. The situation would be monitored, and reviewed again.

Treasurer’s Report

The Treasurer presented audited accounts for the calendar year of 2008. It was reported that the clubs finances were satisfactory.
